5 Step How to Stand up for Yourself when Your Best Friend Is Being A Jerk


#1 - Know Them. You know your best friend, right? You know what your best friend is capable of. Nobody knows her better than you, right? Sometimes girls, or boys, need to learn how to be a true friend. So just don't talk to them for awhile and see what happens. Don't answer when they talk. You can see what they will do with their reaction. If they are upset, you know she's not hurting you too bad. If she's living her life fine, well then you have a problem. If she's fine and dandy, move on to step two.



#2 - Let Out Your Anger. You could talk to your other best friend, or your teacher, or you mom, or your dad, or anyone! Let people know you are angry! Just make sure they don't spread the word, or things will get tricky.



#3 - Show Your Pain. Make sure you act a little strange around your friend. Act depressed, act angry, act undeniably happy! See what their reaction is to that. If you're depressed, see if they will cheer you up. If not, then move on to the next step.



#4 - Finally Show Her Your Anger. Let her know you are upset with her. You could get up in her face if you want. Just don't get violent, that will get you both a trip to the principal's office. Tell her that you can't take her harmful acts anymore. The worst thing she will do is push you back, but don't push her. She might get worse.



#5 - Don't Be Her Friend Anymore. She will only continue to do harmful things if you hang out with her. Stay away from her and avoid her. Just think, it could be one of the best things you've ever done.



Our Comment;

True friendship is perhaps the only relation that survives the trials and tribulations of time and remains unconditional. A unique blend of affection, loyalty, love, respect, trust and loads of fun is perhaps what describes the true meaning of friendship. Similar interests, mutual respect and strong attachment with each other are what friends share between each other. These are just the general traits of a friendship. Everyone have a friends in their life. It depends on you to treat your friend to become your best friend or your typical friend. Take care your friends like your own family. We take a example from singer group in U.S which is vitamins C group which they compose the song title "graduation" and the lyric is  sound like this "as we go on we will remember all the times we had together as our life change comes what ever we will still be friends forever".. So, in conclusion we have to choose right friends to make our life happy and be appreciated.

How to Eat and Lose Weight

9 STEPS HOW TO EAT AND LOSE WEIGHT.

#1 - Eat more fresh food! Choose fresh, nutrient-rich, healthy, low-fat foods rather than junk food. Junk food can range from burgers to those cookies that you always bought! Adding a lot of vegetables and fruits to your diet will help you, they keep you feeling full for longer than processed food so you won't even feel the need to eat loads.



#2 - Exercise every day! This could be the most difficult step to follow. But what you can do is actually start slowly then steady increase the amount of exercise. For example, today you will walk for 10 minutes, repeat this for the whole week. For the next week, double your workload. You may get leaner that way! The important thing is to get your heart rate up and start, now
 # 3 - Feed your temptations once in a while. Go ahead and have that doughnut or slice of pizza, but before you do, drink 8 glasses water and eat a bowl of raw veggies such as cucumbers, celery, carrots, and tomatoes. They will fill you up and you will have very little room to eat the "junk" food.

# 4 - Consume things that have no calories. There are two things you eat and drink that contain no calories: water and fiber. The more of these you get into your diet, the better off you will be. For example, you can eat a pound of mixed salad greens with assorted raw vegetables (carrots, red cabbage, celery, broccoli, onion, etc.) with a low or no-calorie salad dressing and only have eaten 100-150 calories. This is because of the high water and fiber content of the salad and low calorie dressing. Also, eat lots of celery. It has only 8 calories, but amazingly, it takes more than 8 calories to digest it. So, you actually BURN calories by eating celery! It's not much, about 2 calories per 8 inch stalk, but it sure doesn't hurt. AVOID sodas as much as possible. Instead, drink flavored water or unsweetened iced tea. Caffeine, when placed in a low-calorie beverage like black coffee or unsweetened tea, raises your metabolism and causes you to burn more calories. Too much caffeine has harmful health effects, though, so be reasonable in your consumption if you choose to have caffeine.

# 5 - Include foods which burn fat for you. By choosing your foods carefully, you can drop the pounds without going hungry. There are many foods out there that are proven to help you to lose weight, foods such as chilli, green tea, berries and whole grain, can do various things to help you to drop the pounds, by avoiding insulin spikes and keeping your metabolic rate going.

# 6 - Practice good eating habits. Always use utensils and sit at the table. This stops you from eating precariously. Eating with your hands will mean that you take in more food in one scoop. Don't forget to eat slowly and stop when you're full. Similar to the above step, if you can't stop, drink up! Maybe your body is thirsty and hungry no more! Also, you can do any other chores (other than eating). For instance, go shopping, or play badminton with your friend, or play games on the computer!


# 7 - Drink more water. Often we mistake thirst for hunger which means we eat when it's not necessary. By keeping yourself well hydrated you'll feel hungry less as well as getting a clearer complextion and shinier hair.


# 8 - Record what you eat! This is a simple yet very powerful exercise to open your eyes to see whether you are keeping up with the dieting plan. Often, we tend to overlook those snacking we do between meals and really think that our diet is failing us. But the truth is there can be many petty things that we do that really affect our dieting plan. For example, one might skip breakfast 3 times a week without being conscious about it. Studies have shown that if you eat breakfast, you tend to eat proportionally fewer calories the rest of the day. Without a record, it might seem like you are doing all the right thing, yet fail miserably in your dieting plan.

# 9 - Make vegetables a major part of your diet plan! If vegetables are not a major part of your diet, it is time to reconsider. Studies have shown that vegetables can play an important loss in losing weight. This is because vegetables are high in water and fiber and low in energy density.

The reason why we choose this topic are because it related to our blog which is more about FOOD. This time we want to be different from our lane and we would like to share about "How to Eat and Lose Weight". As we all know that health is very important to our life. So we have to be friendly with the things that we eat. We things this article should help us on prevent our sickness and live a healthy life. Other than that, our body needs a healthy life as we are students and have to learn and study for our future.

Hello u'olls. We're back with more information about us. Let's check it out our memorable events that we've been through since Part 1 till now. WE STAY TOGETHER, WE STUDY TOGETHER AND WE EAT TOGETHER. Almost 2 years we've been together, there's a lot of great moments and tough moments of us. We would like to share some of the memories with our readers. Happy reading guys!

DINNER OF BUSINESS FACULTY !

A GOOD EVENT EVER! This event for business faculty was held on September 2010. Many students are reaching their excitement when they heard about faculty's dinner! This event was also called as a semi annual dinner. Theme of dinner was "ONE NIGHT IN THE GARDEN". Purpose of a faculty's dinner is to gathered all students of business faculty in not official event and to be more specific, a meeting between juniors and seniors. Students will having fun when attending an event like this because there's many activities during the event instead of having a great dinner, such as, an entertainment from every class, a lucky draw and award for the prom queen and king. Here are the moments that we'd captured on that dinner ;)


WOOHOO...! SUPERB

What's superb? Superb is stands for Sukan Perpaduan Business. The aims of this project is bring together among all business's student and business's lecturer. The superb was begin at 11 Jul until 14 Jul of 2011. Before the commencement date of the game, we had a BBQ dinner at One Stop Center handled by part 3 business and banking students (that was us!) :) All part 1 until part 6 had took a part of this project. Every student must paid RM5 for enter the One Stop Center. We had budgeted as busy as 600 students who'd come on this event. Food provided such as chicken grill, hotdog grill, fried rice and watermelon for the dessert. Ummmm..that was yummy! The foods were provided by Kak Ain cafe and catering. We also offer games such as music chair, shuffle competition, lucky draw and etc. Finally BBQ dinner finished at 12 p.m successfully.... Alhamdulillah. We would like to thank for those who support this programmed! :)


MERDEKA RAYA EVENT 


We have been involved in "Merdeka Raya" event was held at the complex student on September 11, 2011. We from the block K is responsible for providing food for guests and we are also responsible for participating in a tent decorating contest. We have won first place in the competition. In the event, we have been providing delicious food for the guests. Our food is finished within a few minutes. In addition, various events were held such as singing contest, tent decorating contest, lucky draw and others. We are very pleased to have together in this activity that can strengthen the friendship between us.

  
AHLAN WASAHLAN! IT'S ARABIC NIGHT

On 27th of July 2011,Arabic Night was held at Audi 1. We as the student of Part 3 are compulsary to take part of it. Before that, this event is organized by Language Club of UiTM Pahang. As we learn Bahasa Arab as our Third Language, I think this event could help us to gain more knowledge and vocabulary. We are represented for our clas BM1113F. There are many categories contested and all classes has to participate in this event. And guess what, we won for second place in "Nasyid Category". What an awesome and memorable event for our class. We have the great friendship and teamwork to be missed.
